Change can be scary, overwhelming even.
If your not happy with a certain aspect of your life, how do you even begin to start changing it?
The answer is....don't make a big change.
The bigger the change, the more your unconscious mind will encourage you to revert back to old habit, you need to be a bit sneaky.
The brain is designed to keep us safe and alive, to the brain change is risky, so as soon as something feels different, your unconscious mind will encourage you back into your old habit.
By changing one small thing today, even something as small as washing your coffee cup and putting it away instead of leaving it on the counter, making your bed in the morning or having one less cigarette in your day, these small changes will develop into new habits.
